Valentines Day Special in Seville



The restaurant Sevilla Triana Abbots offers you a very special dinner to celebrate Valentine's Day watching the best view of the city to the river Guadalquivir and the Tower of Gold The guests will participate in a drawing for a weekend for two at a luxury hotel in Granada.

The chef Willy Moya, who leads this project under the current gastronomic coined as "Educated Andalusian cuisine" has been commissioned to design this menu consisting of : Mi-cuit foie gras with apple jelly and gingerbread, carpaccio octopus, mullet roasted saddle with ham and wild rice with garlic mayonnaise and Iberian sirloin with potato strudel, cheese and apple. Finally, Pionono chocolate ice cream and rice soup with milk and a glass of French champagne Moet Chandon. To accompany dinner, a bottle of wine to choose between a young white Andalusian, raising a red Rioja or Lambrusco.

This Valentine's Special menu will be available the nights of 13 and 14 February for a price of 100 € per couple (tax included). In addition, guests will participate in a drawing for a weekend for 2 at the 4-star hotel Saray Palace in Granada, or 4-star hotel Abades Guadix (Guadix - Granada).

Abades Triana, which opened last July, is one of the most important culinary innovations of the Andalusian capital.
